Sanal organizasyonlarda balanced scorecard (“dengeli başarı göstergesi”) : Bir örnek olay çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışma şebeke yapıların özel bir şekli olan sanal organizasyonların ve sanal organizasyon üyelerinin performansları ile ilgili değerlendirme araçlarının geliştirilmesi konusundaki çalışmalara katkıda bulunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Öncelikle sanal organizasyonlar ve dengeli başarı göstergesi (BSC) ile ilgili teorik bilgiler sunulmakta, ardından dengeli başarı göstergesi yönetim sistemini kullanan bir şirkette yapılan örnek olay incelemesi sonuçları aktarılmaktadır. Çalışmada sanal takımlarda yer alan bireylerin skor kartlarının analiz edilmesiyle BSC’nin sanal takımlarda çalışanların başarısını ölçmede nasıl kullanıldığına dair bulgulardan yola çıkarak, BSC’ın uygun bir değerlendirme aracı olabileceği ileri sürülmektedir.
