İktisat Kuramı, Eğitim ve Gelir Bölüşümü

Abstract

Yazıda önce Genel Denge Kuramı ve Neoklasik İktisat Kuramı arasında bir ayrım yapılıyor. Sonra büyüme, eğitim, demokrasi, toplumsal akıcılık ve gelir bölüşümü konuları ve bunlar arasındaki karşılıklı ilişkiler inceleniyor. Çalışmada şu sonuçlara ulaşılıyor: Genel açıdan bakıldığında, büyüme, eğitim ve demokrasi normal olarak toplumlarda eşitlik yaratmaz. Türk ekonomisi açısından bakıldığında, Türkiye’de 1980’de başvurulan iktisat politikalarının şu sonuçları olmuştur. İmalat sanayiinin gelişmesi yetersiz düzeylerde kalmıştır, büyük borçlar oluşmuş, büyük faizler ödenmiştir, özellikle son yıllarda büyük cari açıklar verilmiştir. Yüksek öğrenimler ulusal gelirden büyük pay alır hale gelmiştir. Gelir bölüşümünde, büyük olasılıkla, eşitsizlik artmıştır. İçlerinde faizler yer almadığı için, DİE’nin gelir bölüşüm verileri eşitsizlikleri yeterince yansıtmamaktadır.
