Türkiye''de İş Yaşam Kalitesini Ve Verimliliği Azaltan Gizli Bir Sendrom: Yıldırma(Mobbing)

Abstract

Mobbing ya da bullying terimleri, işyerlerindeki şiddetli bir taciz biçimini tanımlamak için sunulmuştur. Mobbing ve bullying terimleri aynı olguyu tanımlamaktadır. Bu nedenle birbirinin yerine kullanılabilmektedir. Mobbing, düşmanca ve gayri ahlaki iletişim biçimlerini de kapsayan bir ya da daha fazla kişinin genellikle herhangi birine karşı amaçladığı ve sistematik olarak yapılan psikolojik terör olarak tanımlanmıştır. Mobbinge hedef olan insanlar, duygusal olarak mutsuz bir iş ortamında çalışmaya maruz kalır. Mobbing, kurbanların sağlığını etkiler ve konsantrasyonlarını düşürür. Ayrıca çalışanlar arasında iletişim ve grup çalışmalarını da kapsayan hoş olmayan ilişkilerin varlığı, genellikle iş verimliliğini de olumsuz olarak etkiler. İşyerinde kötü niyetli tacizkar davranışlar sergilendiğinde iş yaşam kalitesi de çalışanlar arasındaki bu tür bozuk ilişkilerden etkilenir. Bu çalışma Türk iş yaşamının gayri medeni yüzü olan mobbing sendromunun, iş yaşam kalitesine olan etkisini sunma çabasıdır. Bu amaçla mobbing olgusu, kavramsal olarak incelenmiş ve yaşam kalitesine yönelen mobbing saldırılarıyla ilgili Türk Kamu Sağlık Sektöründen bir örnek olay sunulmuştur. Çalışmada son olarak işyerlerinde mobbingi azaltmaya yönelik görüşler önerilmiştir.
