Türkiye İle Avrupa Birliğ4İ Ülkeleri Arasındaki Sınai Ürünleri Endüstri İçi Ticareti

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın birinci amacı, Türkiye ile Avrupa Birliği ülkeleri arasında 1993-2003 döneminde SITC 3 digit düzeyindeki sınai ürünleri endüstri-içi ticaretinde indeksin 0.50 değerini aştığı ürünleri gerek SITC sınai ürün gruplarına göre gerekse teknolojik yapıya göre sınıflandırarak incelemektir. Hesaplamalarda, Grubel- Lloyd’un ağırlıklı ortalaması kullanılmaktadır. İndeksin 0.50 değerini aştığı 3 digit düzeyindeki ürün gruplarının SITC sınai ürün gruplarına göre 6 nolu mamül ürünlerde yoğunlaşırken teknolojik yapıya göre ise standart teknoloji ürünlerinde yoğunlaştığı sonucuna varılmaktadır. Çalışmanın ikinci amacı, Türkiye ile Avrupa Birliği ülkeleri arasında 1993-2003 döneminde SITC 3 digit düzeyinde gerçekleşen genel endüstri-içi ticaret düzeyini hem sınai ürünleri hem de tüm ürünlere yönelik olarak ağırlıklı ortalama ve düzeltilmiş indeks açısından hesaplayarak analiz etmektir. Hesaplamalar ışığında, Türkiye ile Avrupa Birliği ülkeleri arasındaki sınai ürünleri ve tüm ürünlere ilişkin endüstri-içi ticaretin 0.50 indeks değerinin altında kaldığı ve dolayısıyla Türkiye ile Avrupa Birliği ülkeleri arasındaki dış ticaretin endüstriler-arası ticaret yapısı sergilediği sonucuna ulaşılmaktadır.
