Futbolun Verimlilik Üzerine Etkisi
Abstract
Bu çalışma Türk futbol takımlarının Avrupa kupalarında elde ettikleri başarıların insanlar üzerindeki psikolojik etkilerini sanayi üretimini verimliliğini kullanarak araştırmaktadır. Mutlu Çalışan Hipotezi’nce çalışanların Psikolojik Durumu (PD)’nu olumlu ve olumsuz yönde etkilemeler o çalışanın işte gösterdiği verimliliği etkilemektedir. Çalışanın PD’nun olumlu yönde etkilenmesi durumunda çalışanın iş verimliliğinde artış ve olumsuz etkilenmesi durumunda iş verimliliğinde düşüş beklenmektedir. Bu hipotez bağlamında Türkiye Milli Takımı ve yurt dışında maç yapan lig takımlarının Avrupa’daki başarılarının çalışanlar üzerinde pozitif bir etki yarattığı düşüncesinden hareketle aylık verilere transfer fonksiyonu analizi kullanılmış ve Türk futbol takımlarının başarılarının sanayi üretimini artırdığına dair istatistiki bulguya ulaşılmıştır. Türkiye 1. Liginin lider takımlarından olan Fenerbahçe aldığı galibiyetlerle üretimi %0,16 oranında etkilerken, Beşiktaş ise galibiyetleriyle üretime %0,14’lük bir etki yapmaktadır. Maçın oynandığı yerin de etkisi olup olmadığı araştırılmış ve bu faktörün de önemli olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Beşiktaş kendi evinde aldığı galibiyetlerle üretimi %0,13 artırırken deplasmanda aldığı galibiyetlerle üretimi %0,53 oranında artırmaktadır. Galatasaray’ın tarafsız sahada aldığı galibiyetlerin de sanayi üretimi büyüme oranını %0,31 oranında artırdığı gözlenmektedir.Download Info
