Çalışanların İş Değerleri Ve Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Çağımızda örgütlerin rekabetçi yapılarını sürdürebilmeleri büyük ölçüde sahip oldukları insan kaynağına bağlı bulunmaktadır. Örgütsel başarı çalışanların birlikte geliştirdikleri örgüt kültürüne bağlıdır. Örgütsel kültürün şekillenmesinde ise çalışanların sahip oldukları iş değerleri büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı çalışanların iş değerleri konusunda Muğla ilinde gerçekleştirilen bir alan araştırması yardımıyla değerlendirmeler yapmaktır. Alan araştırması Tedaş Muğla Müessese Müdürlüğü ile Gökova Telekom Müdürlüğü’nde 71 denek üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada, insanları çalışmaya iten iş değerleri; kavram olarak araştırılmış, çalışma ortamları içinde genel bir değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuş, çeşitli değişkenler açısından önem sırasına göre incelenmiş ve bu yönde öneriler geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
