Abstract

Nowadays life in Bulgaria is under the influence of the processes connected with the election returns recently held for the 39th National Assembly and President of the Republic. Indisputably, this has an effect on the terms and structure of legislation, as well as on the fulfilment of numerous decisions by the executive, including those that refer to strategic tendencies of energy development.
