Assessment of use of Labour Resources by Food Industry Companies in Zaporizhzhya oblast
AbstractThe article studies problems of use of labour resources in food industry companies. It conducts assessment of use of labour resources by food industry companies in Zaporizhzhya oblast. It shows that reduction of labour activity of employees is observed in companies of the oblast. It states that labour resources in general are not used by the companies in full. It offers measures on increase of effectiveness of use of labour resources of food industry companies in modern economic conditions.
