La Dirección De Recursos Humanos En Organizaciones Inteligentes. Una Evidencia Empírica Desde La Dirección Del Conocimiento /
Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es el de conocer las prácticas de recursos humanos que apoyan los procesos de dirección del conocimiento. Para ello, se utiliza el método del caso múltiple como estrategia de investigación, analizando en profundidad seis empresas españolas excelentes y proactivas en materia de conocimiento. Tras el análisis se responde a cinco cuestiones de investigación cuyos resultados derivan en unas proposiciones sobre la inversión, estímulo, desarrollo del capital humano y las características de la función directiva en organizaciones inteligentes. / The aim of this paper is to know the human resources practices that support knowledge management processes. To do this, we use the multiple case study method as a strategy of research, analysing in depth six excellent and pro-active Spanish companies in knowledge matters. We answer five research questions through the analysis and the results lead us to a set of propositions about human capital invest, stimulation and development, as well as knowing the characteristics of manager function in intelligent organizations.Download Info
