Abstract

The amplitude of positions in the decision making has like origin the existence of the lack of knowledge on the factors and processes that drive these decisions. The research in the field of the dominant logic has been developed of precise form, but now it prevails to work from a holistic approach considering the system complete. For it, we have created a model that includes the set of this vision, in such a way that it allows us to understand the reality of the elements that form it and the relations between their dimensions, creating a solid basis to improve the enterprise performances.
