Abstract

Este artículo examina la relación entre la política de formación, el aprendizaje organizativo y resultados empresariales. El propósito de nuestra investigación es ampliar la bibliografia empírica emergente sobre el impacto de la formación en la empresa. Los resultados obtenidos a partir de una muestra de empresas indican que la política de formación tiene una repercusión significativa en los resultados de la empresa y en el conocimiento de la organización. / This article examines links between organisation performance, organisational learning and training practices. The purpose of our study is to extend the emerging empirical literature on the firm level impact of training. Results based on a sample of organisations indicate that these practices training have a significant impact on the perfonnance and the knowledge of organisation.
