Abstract

He graduated in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and holds a Master’s degree in Public Policies, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University. He is the Executive Director of the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID). Previously, he has been Head of the Banking, Securities and Savings Unit, Undersecretariat of Finance and Public Credit, Mexico. Before that, he held other posts in government, as well as in the private sector, related to loans and financial systems. He has been the Representative of the Mexican Government to international cooperation agencies.
