Management of Small Agricultural Enterprise Development

Abstract

The purpose and specifics of small agribusiness management development, their roles in creating job creation and easing the social tension in the region have been defined. The category of 'business development' has been defined by the author as a comprehensive business phenomenon. Analysis of latest scientific works within the subject matter of valuation and management of business development has been done. Need for small agribusiness management system has been grounded for realizing the concept of business development in rural settlements. Such approach will allow establishing the decent place for small businesses in the village social and economic development, determining the level of availability for perception the business in the society itself and outlining future development strategies. Ways for management improvement and enhancing efficiency of small business activity have been offered which may be used by regional bodies while developing the strategy for small business development in the region.
