Abstract

In dem Beitrag werden zunächst die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, die Qualität von Bildungsprozessen zu gewährleisten, mit ihren spezifischen Problemen und Schwächen dargestellt. Behandelt werden die Modelle: staatliche Leitung, Subventionierung, Professionalisierung, Selbstverwaltung, Ausbildungsverträge und autonomer Markt. Anschließend werden die Grundsätze der Qualitätssicherung der beruflichen Weiterbildung nach dem AFG beschrieben und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten angesprochen. (IAB)
