Abstract

Analysiert wird die Beziehung zwischen Landwirtschaft und Umweltsektor bzw. den Zugang der Landwirte zu Informationen in Bezug auf die Implementation von umweltpolitischen Ma?nahmen im Rahmen der integrierten Entwicklung. Im Besonderen zielt diese Analyse auf die Betonung der Bedeutsamkeit der integrierten Entwicklungspolitik in der Landwirtschaft. In diesem Sinne werden die Nutzen, die sich aus der Praktizierung der biologischen Landwirtschaft ableiten, als auch die Streitfrage der Nitroverschmutzung untersucht. Als Fallbeispiel wurde die Region Thessalia (Zentralgriechenland) ausgewahlt. Ausbildung und Informierung werden u.a. als Determinanten der Haltung der Landwirte gegenuber unterschiedlicher Umweltschutzanliegen erforscht. Schlie?lich werden Aktionen fur die integrierte Entwicklung des landlichen Raums in Anbetracht der Finanzkrise in Griechenland vorgeschlagen.
