Текущие Оценки И Проблемы Измерения Уровня Финансовой Грамотности В Мировой Практике

Abstract

В последние годы во многих странах мира явно обозначилась проблема низкого уровня финансовой грамотности населения, которая, с одной стороны, приводит к замедлению развития розничного финансового сегмента, с другой – может спровоцировать нестабильность на финансовом рынке. В попытке решить данную проблему власти стран начали разрабатывать национальные стратегии по повышению финансовой грамотности. Отправной точкой работы над стратегией является оценка текущего уровня финансовых знаний у населения. Однако обзор существующих подходов к оценке финансовой грамотности населения выявил разнообразие применяемых в мире методик по данному вопросу и несистемность проведения исследований, что затрудняет мониторинг финансовой грамотности на национальном уровне и сравнительный анализ в международном аспекте.
