Исполнение Федерального Бюджета За Январь-Октябрь 2016 Года

Abstract

По оперативным данным, федеральный бюджет за 10 месяцев 2016 г. исполнен с дефицитом в размере -2,3% ВВП (против -1,0% ВВП за тот же период 2015 г.). По итогам 2016 г.2 падение совокупных доходов федерального бюджета не превысит 0,8 п.п. ВВП (к уровню 2015 г.), что будет обеспечено ростом ненефтегазовой составляющей. Динамика расходов по итогам всего 2016 г. окажется противоположной: ожидается их рост на 0,5 п.п. ВВП, в первую очередь за счет выделения в ноябре дополнительных 739,7 млрд руб. на национальную оборону.
