Abstract

Курс Банка России в среднесрочной перспективе не изменится: регулятор будет добиваться снижения инфляции до уровня 4% в 2017 г. Это следует из проекта «Основных направлений единой государственной денежно-кредитной политики на 2016 год и период 2017 и 2018 го- дов». В существующих условиях достижение этой цели требует от монетарных властей сохранения ключевой ставки на текущем уровне. Причина – высокие инфляционные ожидания и более медленное снижение инфляции, чем ожидалось.
