Abstract

В международной миграции по сравнению с I кв. 2014 г. произошли существенные изменения. Увеличи- лись объемы как прибытий, так и выбытий, причем последние увеличились в большей мере. В России отмечена миграционная убыль с Узбекистаном и Таджикистаном. Отмечен резкий рост прибытий из Украины, миграция с которой обеспечивает теперь бОльшую часть миграционного прироста России. По числу прибывших Украина обогнала страны Средней Азии, взятые вместе. С 1 января 2015 г. вновь существенно изменился порядок привлечения трудовых мигрантов из «безвизовых» стран в России. Для иностранцев, занятых у юридических лиц, отменены разрешения на работу и введены, как ранее для занятых у физических лиц, патенты. Переход к патентам рассматривался аналитиками как ин- струмент, который поможет упростить легализационные практики и станет антикоррупционной мерой. Значительно снизился объем трансфертов, отправляемых из России. В I кв. текущего года по отношению к I кв. 2014 г. в страны СНГ было переведено почти в 2 раза меньше средств, средняя сумма операции впервые за период с 2006 г. упала ниже отметки в 200 долл.
