Продовольственная Независимость И Продовольственная Безопасность С Точки Зрения Правил Вто

Abstract

Темы продовольственной безопасности и продовольственной независимости в России становятся всё более жаркими. Термины часто путают между собой, считая их если не идентичными, то взаимодо- полняющими. В большинстве случаев достижение продовольственной независимости страны, если понимать его по принятой в 2010 г. Доктрине, ухудшает уровень продовольственной безопасности населения России. В статье приводятся обоснование и примеры сложившейся ситуации.
