"Налоговые Каникулы" Для Ип: Современная Концепция И Перспективы Развития

Abstract

Правительством РФ инициирован законопроект, устанавливающий право регионов вводить «налого- вые каникулы» для физических лиц. Льготу планируется предоставить тем, кто начнет работать в производственной, социальной или научной сфере. Предполагается, что соответствующий закон будет содействовать структурному развитию малого предпринимательства за счет специальной поддержки экономически наиболее востребованных сегодня направлений деятельности начинающих предпринимателей. В то же время заложенная в законопроект концепция о стимулировании опреде- ленных видов деятельности могла бы получить большее развитие. На наш взгляд, требует доработ- ки положение о границах применения «налоговых каникул».
