Abstract

В мае 2013 г. президент России В.Путин продолжил критику правительства, вызывающую ощущение спланированной медиа-кампании, призванной переложить на правительство ответственность за все провалы в стране, и кульминацией которой станет отставка Правительства РФ. Сам Д.Медведев также подтвердил, что отставка правительства состоится, вопрос только в сроках. С поста вице-премьера РФ, главы аппарата Правительства уволен без предоставления новой должности В.Сурков, ранее много лет курировавший российскую внутреннюю политику и пытавшийся подавать знаки того, что готов вернуться к этой функции; на его место назначен С.Приходько. Амнистия предпринимателей, о которой много говорили, отложена на неопределенный срок.
