Abstract

В мае были внесены следующие изменения в законодательство: с сентября 2013 г. вступят в силу изменения в подразделы 4 и 5 раздела I части первой и статьи 1153 части третьей Гражданского кодекса РФ; уточнены особенности осуществления трудовой деятельности иностранными гражданами – высококвалифицированными специалистами; опредElena процедура установления личности иностранного гражданина, не имеющего действительного документа, удостоверяющего личность; дано определение «государственной поддержки инновационной деятельности».
