Abstract

В Российской Федерации проведен второй мониторинг эффективности деятельности вузов. Проведение такого мониторинга является косвенным свидетельством того, что работа по лицензированию и аккредитации не выполняется или выполняется плохо. Формируется два механизма контроля, на каждый из которых расходуются значительные бюджетные средства
