Abstract

Несмотря на рост процентных ставок по ИЖК в рублях в 1 кв. 2013 г. общий объем предоставленных ИЖК на 25,18% (142393 кредита на 226,94 млрд руб. за квартал) превышает объем кредитов, предоставленных в 1 кв. 2012 г. Доля просроченной задолженности по ИЖК в рублях относительно остаточной задолженности на 1 апреля 2013 г. уменьшилась до 1,41%. До 96,19% увеличилась общая задолженность по ИЖК без просроченных платежей. В 1 кв. 2013 г. средневзвешенная ставка по ИЖК в рублях, выданным с начала года, продолжала расти и по сравнению с минимальным значением в 4 кв. 2011 г увеличилась на 0,9 п.п. до 12,8%, в то время как средневзвешенная за месяц ставка по ИЖК в рублях увеличилась до 12,9%.
