Convergenza-club regionale ed esternalità dinamiche
Abstract
Questo paper analizza il livello di convergenza-club tra le province greche nel periodo 1980-2005. Nel paper viene sviluppato un modello per valutare l’impatto delle agglomerazioni e delle capacita regionali di innovare e di adottare la tecnologia. L’applicazione empirica di questo modello suggerisce che l’adozione della tecnologia nella struttura economica della regione e di cruciale importanza nel determinare i modelli di convergenza. Inoltre, il lavoro dimostra che e significativa la dimensione spaziale per la crescita regionale e che i membri del club sono spazialmente prossimi. Una diretta implicazione di politica e che infrastrutture appropriate dovrebbero essere fornite nelle regioni arretrate cosi che esse possano adottare tecnologie piu avanzate.Download Info
