Abstract

Una interpretazione sistemica delle relazioni tra ambiente e organizzazioni nonprofit (di Carmen Gallucci) - ABSTRACT: La prospettiva di osservazione adottata per la lettura e l'interpretazione delle relazioni tra ambiente e organizzazioni nonprofit appartiene all'Approccio Sistemico Vitale, il quale richiede allo studioso delle organizzazioni sociali uno sforzo di analisi dei processi di sviluppo alla luce dei rapporti che tali organizzazioni intrattengono con i diversi sovrasistemi. L?organo di governo, infatti, vale a dire il soggetto che indirizza e guida la dinamica evolutiva di un'organizzazione, deve essere impegnato nella ricerca e nel consolidamento di relazioni stabili e durature con i diversi sovrasistemi con cui costantemente si confronta. In particolare, anche l'organo di governo di un'organizzazione nonprofit non pu? tralasciare di individuare dapprima i sovrasistemi rilevanti per il successo delle attivit? e, successivamente, governarne le possibili relazioni che, in diverso modo e con intensit? diverse, possono instaurarsi. Lo studio condotto, dopo aver letto in chiave sistemica le organizzazioni nonprofit e, quindi, le diverse tipologie di relazioni con i diversi sovrasistemi, rivolge l'attenzione ad un modello concettuale utile per il governo delle relazioni che un'organizzazione nonprofit pu? instaurare per la raccolta delle risorse finanziarie (fund raising). A tal fine, combinando gli attributi specifici della rilevanza sistemica (criticit? ed influenza), ? stato possibile individuare quattro linee guida perseguibili dall'organo di governo: soddisfare le attese del sovrasistema, governare attivamente il rapporto, sorvegliarlo o, infine, trascurarlo.
