Contratti di rete: aspetti normativi, strutturali e principali risultati di un?indagine qualitativa

Abstract

Il lavoro intende approfondire un?innovativa modalit? di aggregazione: il Contratto di rete. Dopo aver fatto un breve cenno alle principali tappe normative, si fornisce una fotografia quantitativa dello strumento. Successivamente, la ricerca presenta i risultati di un?indagine qualitativa svolta su un campione di circa 300 imprese che coinvolgono 159 Contratti di rete. L?indagine ? finalizzata ad individuare i principali motivi che hanno spinto le imprese a scegliere questo strumento; i relativi vantaggi e svantaggi; i giudizi e le aspettative sulla performance di alcune variabili aziendali; i rapporti con il sistema bancario. Da ultimo, si ? cercato di indicare alcune misure di politica industriale sulla base dei suggerimenti forniti dalle stesse imprese intervistate. .
