Abstract

In questo studio, gli Autori analizzano la cosiddetta "flessibilit?" del lavoro in ottica interdisciplinare, con gli strumenti del diritto e della scienza organizzativa, mirando a violare il tab? che sembra dare per scontato il nesso tra Fordismo e forme regolari di impiego e Post-fordismo e forme di lavoro non standard. Dopo le premesse teoriche, gli Autori analizzano il caso Fiat con riferimento alla rivoluzione organizzativa all?interno dello stabilimento di Pomigliano d?Arco, evidenziando gli effetti che rapide strategie di adattamento alla concorrenza globale possono avere sul rapporto di lavoro. .
