El Agroturismo Como Alternativa De Ocio. Análisis Del Perfil De Agroturista En El Parc Agrari Del Baix Llobregat (Cataluña)

Abstract

En la sociedad actual, las personas necesitan de un tiempo en que puedan evadirse de su rutina diaria, tiempo que se ha visto aumentado ante las mejores condiciones laborales (reducción de la jordana laboral y vacaciones reguladas). Como opción de disfrute para este tiempo de ocio, parte de la población ha elegido la vivencia de experiencias en un entorno rural o agrario. Así, en pleno siglo XXI, el agroturismo emerge como alternativa de evasión ante los entornos urbanos, en los que gran parte de la población ha fijado su residencia habitual. Por ello, el presente artículo parte de la evolución del concepto de agroturismo, para finalmente realizar un análisis del perfil del «agroturista» en la actualidad a través de una investigación empírica llevada a cabo en el Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat (Cataluña).
