Abstract

En la actualidad el recurso humano es considerado como el recurso más valioso con que cuenta una organización, y su efectiva gestión constituye la clave de su éxito. En particular, la gestión de la capacitación como parte de la gestión de los recursos humanos es un elemento vital para el desarrollo del personal y de la propia organización. Más aún en el contexto de la actividad turística donde se necesitan recursos humanos de alto nivel, preparados para brindar un servicio de calidad que genere un efecto positivo y dinamizador en la gestión turística de una entidad o territorio.
