Abstract

El desarrollo de la globalización y la informática que se produce en el mundo contemporáneo, transforman cada día más los procesos del trabajo. El análisis y descripción de cargo como punto partida en la Gestión Recursos Humanos juega un importante papel en el estudio de trabajo. El proceso de determinar cuáles son las características de trabajo y los requerimientos humanos de los cargos es un problema de investigación.
