La Integración De La Oferta Turística A Partir Del Capital Intelectual

Abstract

La globalización ha propiciado el surgimiento de turistas con más conocimientos y experiencias tornándolos, de esta forma, más exigentes y con intereses diferentes a los tradicionales. Con este fenómeno existe más competencia entre destinos, llevándolos a ofrecer algo más que un paisaje hermoso, hoteles de lujo o vida nocturna amena. Por tal motivo es necesario conocer lo que se posee para, a partir de ello, crear estrategias que permitan atraer al turista ya que el turismo no solo funciona con elementos tangibles, sino también con aquellos que están presentes en todo momento, pero que muchas veces se pasan por alto. De ahí la importancia de la intangibilidad en el turismo, que representa un alto porcentaje de su composición. Esto justifica el objetivo del presente artículo, que es exponer la importancia que tiene la integración de la oferta turística a partir del capital intelectual.
