Aspectos Subjetivos Do Poder Público Do Turismo

Abstract

Em tese, uma Secretaria Municipal de Turismo (SETUR) direciona a atividade turística de uma cidade, a fim de organizar, planejar e dinamizar o setor. Dentre as diversas ações normativas, legais e institucionais, existem também as ações mais subjetivas que norteiam a visão da secretaria e que é passada para o setor no sentido de uma coesão, através de uma narrativa integradora, entre seus atores para propiciar a “criação” de uma identidade coletiva. Dessa forma, uma secretaria municipal é responsável pela gestão da cadeia em nível municipal e transmitir valores, normas, crenças etc para todos os outros atores da atividade.
