Abstract

Os Cariris paraibanos estão em meio da caatinga, compostos de 29 Municípios, encravados no interior da Paraíba, no Nordeste brasileiro; caracterizados por secas constantes e uma paisagem diferente do resto do país, indicando temperatura seca e sol escaldante para uma população de forte baixa renda e população bastante criativa na maneira de consumir e de produzir.
