Abstract

Las actividades de producción en los espacios rurales se han desmejorado por múltiples factores, las fincas ya no producen lo suficiente para que las familias cubran sus gastos. El advenimiento de la denominada industria sin chimeneas (turismo), ha dinamizado las actividades económicas no solo en las grandes ciudades, en las zonas costeras de playa sino también en las zonas de producción. La diversificación del concepto de turismo, trajo consigo el denominado turismo rural con sus diferentes atractivos. Así se presenta hoy día actividades turísticas diversas como el turismo ecológico, turismo de aventura, turismo religioso, turismo arqueológico, agroturismo, turismo gastronómico, turismo cultural y otras variantes más.
