Aportes Y Limitaciones De L´Année Du Sociologique En La Educación Turística (El Caso Argentino)

Abstract

El pensamiento social francés y sobre todo la sociología francesa han surgido a fines del siglo XIX de la mano de Emile Durkheim y L´ Année Sociologique. Poseedor de un carácter por demás particular y referente indiscutido de la disciplina, el autor se ha transformado en todo un símbolo de sociología en todo el mundo. En la actualidad, se han editado sus obras en varios idiomas y sus trabajos son estudiados con detenimiento en los diversos claustros académicos. Sin embargo, muy poca referencia se hace del Durkheim pedagogo y de sus aportes en la Ciencia de la educación. Por ese motivo, este artículo pretende ser una reseña teórica que discuta los alcances y las limitaciones del pensamiento durkeimiano en relación a la docencia, su influencia en la sociedad y sus aplicaciones en el turismo.
