Abstract

el presente trabajo establece para México y la región latinoamericana las razones económicas que llevan al término a los regímenes de gobierno propios del endogenismo o desarrollismo, amparados en las tesis keynesianas que dan pié al Estado de bienestar y encuentran amparo político en un partido que por herencia revolucionaria se viste de socialdemócrata, como indica el inicio de la alternativa para el desarrollo marcado por el Consenso de Washington: el neoliberalismo, que propone el desmantelamiento del Estado de bienestar y un exogenismo al amparo de grupos políticos de derecha de corte demócrata cristiano.
