Abstract

El autor partirá, para la elaboración de su obra, de un supuesto: la fragmentación del Derecho Internacional. Para confirmar la actualidad e importancia de esta discusión, menciona los diversos estudios que viene realizando la Comisión de Derecho Internacional, tratando de buscar explicaciones a la creciente sectorización y proliferación de subsistemas. Esta supuesta fragmentación, continúa el autor, tendría su apoyatura en la aparente oposición entre las normas de los subsistemas y el derecho internacional general.
