Abstract

La puesta en funcionamiento de los nuevos títulos de Grado a raíz de la Declaración de Bolonia de 1999 ha desarrollado nuevas metodologías de enseñanza en el ámbito de las disciplinas jurídicas, en general, y en el Derecho penal en particular. Este trabajo pretende exponer una metodología en la que se utilizan las TICs, como herramientas docentes, sin que se pierdan de vista las tradicionales ya que esto representará la conformación de un método válido no sólo para los estudiantes del presente sino también para los del futuro.
