Las Técnicas De La Información Y La Comunicación Como Herramientas De Innovación Docente En Las Materias De Teoría Y Filosofía Del Derecho

Abstract

Este trabajo estudia la forma de lograr un mayor grado de satisfacción en la enseñanza de la Teoría y la Filosofía del Derecho dentro del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior. El nuevo escenario surge como un trabajo que se transforma en la interrelación de los estudiantes entre sí y con el profesor. La pedagogía que se propugna es cooperativa y colaboradora y se vale de las Técnicas de la Información y la Comunicación. Se debe basar en la responsabilidad, lo que hace que se necesiten reglas flexibles y que se presente un doble reto para trabajar en pequeños grupos. Coherentemente, la formación se debe proyectar en la reflexión y en la capacidad de crítica; y la enseñanza recibida habrá de estar en relación directa con la finalidad que se debe cumplir en la vida real, transmitiendo el sentido de los derechos humanos y de los valores constitucionales, es decir, lo que se denomina el núcleo duro de la educación cívica.
