    Abstract

    La formación del estudiante en competencias es el objetivo básico de los estudios universitarios en el Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior. Tras referir, con carácter general, qué se entiende por competencia y cuáles son las competencias transversales y las específicas de la titulación en Derecho, nos ocupamos de desarrollar una técnica docente concreta en el marco de la enseñanza de la Historia del Derecho: la preparación y exposición de temas del programa por equipos de alumnos en sus diferentes fases, detallando las competencias que se pueden adquirir y el papel del profesor en cada una de ellas.
