La Aplicación De Metodologías Activas Para La Enseñanza De Las Ciencias Jurídicas A Estudiantes De Primer Curso

Abstract

Las novedades que se están introduciendo en la enseñanza universitaria se configuran como el marco idóneo para la renovación metodológica. El conocimiento de los caracteres esenciales del trabajo en grupo para la realización del método del caso suponen un paso más para la mejora de la práctica docente en la Universidad. En este contexto se exponen los resultados obtenidos en la aplicación de una metodología activa, como es la simulación, a un grupo de estudiantes de primer curso; situación que permite conocer las ventajas y debilidades de esta actividad. La aplicación de las simulaciones en asignaturas jurídicas ha estado vinculada a estudiantes que iban a ejercer sus competencias en el ámbito del Derecho; no obstante la renovación metodológica también permite alterar estos patrones tradicionales e implantar esta actividad a estudiantes de otras titulaciones y con escasos conocimientos previos sobre la teoría y práctica jurídica.
