Abstract

El trabajo enmarca una concepción que sintetiza cómo debe ser reflejado el papel de la Unidad de Ciencia y Tecnología en la gestión de la ciencia y la innovación, como agente de interfase organizativa que sistematiza la interconexión entre la oferta científica y la demanda innovativa, propiciadora de los aportes científicos e innovativos en el desarrollo territorial y local, todo lo cual es resultado además de los procesos complejos del mundo actual, que exigen la necesidad de lograr una mayor concatenación entre el sector de bienes y servicios y en el contexto científico y académico, con el propósito de propiciar un desempeño en la investigación científica que de respuestas a la lógica de los proceso de introducción y generalización de los resultados.
