Políticas Públicas E Desenvolvimento Local: Modelo De Análise Do Projeto Flores Da Bahia, Sob O Enfoque Do Capital

Abstract

Muitos estudos procuram investigar o papel do Estado na formação do capital social ou mesmo sua mobilização (ARRIAGADA e MIRANDA, 2005; RACZYNSKI, 2005; NASCIMENTO, 2000; MILANI, 2003). No entanto, poucos são os estudos empíricos que investigam a relação do capital social com desenvolvimento local, especificamente no contexto agroindustrial. Este artigo tem como principal objetivo a proposição de um modelo para análise das políticas públicas relacionadas ao agronegócio de flores do estado da Bahia, sob o enfoque do capital social. Dentre todas as atividades de produção vegetal que atualmente estão sendo desenvolvida no estado da Bahia, a produção de flores tropicais e subtropicais, é uma das atividades em que papel do Estado na promoção de políticas setoriais foi muito expressivo nos últimos dez anos.
