Abstract

O presente artigo aborda a relação entre finanças e inovação nos sistemas produtivos a partir de uma perspectiva heterodoxa. A recente Política de Desenvolvimento Produtivo lançada pelo governo brasileiro e o Trade and development report 2008 da UNCTAD oferecem estímulos para o debate acadêmico quanto à nova articulação entre finanças e inovação necessária para dar sustento ao processo de desenvolvimento econômico nacional.
