Abstract

Un territorio que busca su desarrollo debería, entre otras cosas, generar flujos positivos de relaciones, adoptar la interacción como forma habitual de proceder y trabajar en el fortalecimiento de la concertación, condición necesaria para la construcción de capital social. Este intangible es uno de los valores que definitivamente diferencia la nueva gestión del territorio y que no es habitualmente encontrado en nuestras sociedades.
