Abstract

Uno de los enfoques existentes en materia de desarrollo local es aquél que considera que las localidades, a partir de sus especificidades y particularidades económicas, sociales, políticas, culturales y ambientales, están mejor situadas para responder por su crecimiento económico y desarrollo social, a través de la utilización óptima de los recursos y potencialidades locales endógenas existentes.
