Abstract

Muchos estudiosos de las relaciones internacionales afirman que la Ayuda Oficial para el Desarrollo (AOD), una de las más importantes expresiones de la cooperación internacional, resulta efectiva para apoyar a los gobiernos, fundamentalmente, de los países más pobres, a lograr sus objetivos económicos, sociales e inclusive, políticos. Esto es lo que la mayoría de las personas creen a partir de las favorables propagandas que sobre el tema hacen los más importante e influyentes medios de difusión masivos.
