Perfeccionamiento del sistema contable financiero para la toma de decisiones en las pequeñas empresas hoteleras de la provincia de Esmeraldas, República del Ecuador

Abstract

Este artículo muestra los resultados de un estudio realizado con relación al sistema contable y financiero de las pequeñas empresas hoteleras de la provincia de Esmeraldas y su contribución a la generación de informaciones para la toma de decisiones. El estudio revela las principales contradicciones existentes desde varias dimensiones (económica, social, ambiental y estado del conocimiento científico) con relación al sistema contable y financiero de la pequeña empresa hotelera. También se proponen a partir del perfeccionamiento del sistema contable financiero indicadores asociados a la gestión de aprovisionamiento hotelera que mejoran el proceso de toma de decisiones y la determinación de costos de no calidad en la atención a los clientes.
